How to Get White Skin

How to Get White Skin

Steps:

Take 250 mg Vitamin C to enhance skin color and suppleness. (Beware of overdose; see warnings)

Intake of Vitamin A will also help keep your skin healthy, since your skin is basically composed of Retinol, which is Vitamin A. (Vitamin A is found in milk, meat etc). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that highly suggests lack of vitamin A.

Tips:

  • You can use either the papaya soap or the skin lightening/whitening lotion or cream alone, but optimum results can be achieved if you stick to the above regimen.
  • Look for a papaya soap that is of good potent grade, not the usual commercial products you normally see online.
  • Always seal back the whitening lotion and cream tightly, as the whitening ingredients oxidize and tend to become darker in color after time. This does not affect the potency of the product.
  • you can rinse your face in cool water.

Warning:

  • Don't buy skin lightening products with mercury or steroids. They harm the skin big time after long term use. Hydroquinone can be problematic for some people, especially those with 'ethnic' skin, leaving dark marks with prolonged use. Kojic acid, licorice, papain are some of the safe ingredients to go for.
  • Sunscreen is a must. Use of skin whitening products without sunscreen would be futile.
  • BEWARE: Receiving too large amounts of Vitamin C/Vitamin A, especially in form of supplements is NOT good. (Overdose will cause nausea, headaches, severe vomiting, blurred vision etc)

Don't buy skin whitening items with mercury or given. They damage the skin huge after lengthy lasting use. Hydroquinone can be difficult for some individuals, especially those with 'ethnic' skin.
